Indeed. Thank you Dan.
A conclusion I drew just this morning in seeing a magnificent sunrise that filled the sky and me with a light that still shines.
Physical suffering is unavoidable in life. However, it is completely within our power to quench the subsequent mental suffering that follows. One of my favorite sutras is the Sallatha Sutra, that explains this very point.
