At at all. Contrary to what we think at times. We are already That.
"who" is that becomes enlightened...? no one.... all one...
once again... great photo...yes!
Thanks Dan... no one... and all one...
One can't make enlightenment happen, but when you are, or it does; there is an awful lot of cleaning up to do and seeing how to live in an integrated way.
Nothing is gained, nothing is lost. Nothing to become, everything to be.
I must admit I have to think on this one and was glad to read what others had to say. Now I got something to meditate on for today.
"If you 'became' enlightened would that mean that you had attained something?"
Not that I didn’t take your word for it Dan, but I tell you this, you caused me to think to validate the YES to my satisfaction.
I believe that we are all thing at all time, but due to our mode of instruction in this society we co-exist in we can't recall it. To become 'enlightened' is to awaken to or realize ones own power, and I have found from experiences that enlightenment comes with the knowledge that you have it and the need to awaken it. Some awaken on their own volition, other need teachers. YES, we do obtain something.
