Reading Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth and it is wonderful. His book agrees there is no need for a way out of here or anywhere.
Also, into Tibetan Bowl sounds along with meditation. Downloaded an album. Do you have any of these sounds? Very powerful for freeing the mind of its grip on whatever. Can burn a CD for ya. Just let me know.
