Are you a good meditator? Are you a bad meditator? What if there was nothing to get, nowhere to go, no one to become? What if you just realized that you're already and always free?

Excellent point.

I guess that I am still under the impression that "I want to become better." (Yes, that is a form of wanting.)

What does becoming better mean? It used to mean becoming someone that I wasn't. Now it means becoming the Buddha I am and have always been.

We have to watch ourselves all the time. It's easy (very easy) to lapse back into old habits, thoughts, expectations, and wantings. So, we watch the watcher and learn.
