Help me with this one. Don't quite understand it. Thanks Dan.
If one rests in one's natural state, ('suchness', the ultimate reality, peace), one would then be resting in the highest yoga, Ati, or Dzogchen (the Great Perfection), which is beyond words or conceptualization, which is Buddhahood.
Which we are, whether we know it or not.
