If you think you are free,
You are free.

If you think you are bound,
You are bound.

For the saying is true:

You are what you think.

What are the lessons in this being difficult to comphrehend?

Each arrival at the truth leaves one free... or bound to truth?

It is whatever one thinks.

Thought is all that (apparently) binds us. I'd say that this saying refers to relative truth. The ultimate truth is that we're not even what we think, because That is beyond thought...
But then that's a thought, isn't it?

Wow, I read the post and thought yes, yes, yes....and then you blew a fuse with your comment here, Dan. And if I think too much about that, I've got more thoughts to sort out. And so the cycle goes.

I love opening your site. It is immediate peace and centering for me. Thank you for providing this place.

Peace, well being, and joy to you.

Ah, but when the main fuse is blown, no more struggle to return to.
And... the realization is that there never was anything to struggle against except our own mind. And... we further see that there never was a mind....
There was, is, and only will be, Peace. Which means that there only is Peace, because there is only Now. No past, no future. And........

Dan,
And hopefully I'll get to the point where the fuse is actually blown as opposed to just "tripped"....

.....and my response as well is always, always LOVE!!!!

Blessings to you, and great thanks for your wisdom and your insight.
