**"If Reality did not exist, could there be any notion of existence? Free from all thoughts, Reality abides in the Heart, the Source of all thoughts. It is, therefore, called the Heart. How then is one to contemplate it? To Be It As It Is in the Heart, is Its contemplation."

Foreign to most initially, the language of the heart gets missed in the daily shuffle of thoughts, thoughts about thoughts, and thoughts about everything but nothing.

Once we learn the heart's language--not one of words but a sense of how we are and how things are, we seem to just know it. Then, there reaches a point where we no longer need to attach words to what it is because love ultimately speaks for itself.
